Built for the extended dimensions of the 4-seat Polaris Xpedition, this rack gives you a rugged platform for your overlanding and trail gear, including storage bins and fuel and recovery gear. It fits both the Xpedition XP5 and the Xpedition ADV5, and it fits a little shorter on the ADV5.

The main frame is steel and the rails are aluminum, laser-cut and finished in a heavy-duty, UV-stable textured black powder coat over E-Coat primer. All hardware is 100% stainless steel and corrosion resistant, built for the harshest trail environments.

The modular T-slot crossbars use a fully adjustable slat system and accept industry-standard T-nut accessories, so light bars, MAXTRAX, RotopaX, Hi-Lift jacks, and shovels mount right where you need them.

Features:

  • Expanded Cargo Footprint: contoured for the longer 4-seat roofline to give you a large, usable platform for storage bins, recovery gear, and trail gear.
  • Low-Profile Slim-Line Design: keeps the load close to the roof instead of towering over the cab.
  • No-Drill, Bolt-On Install: engineered to use the Xpedition's factory mounting points, so no permanent modifications to your machine are required. Bolt it on and head for the dirt.
  • Modular T-Slot Crossbars: adjust the slats to suit your load and mount standard T-nut accessories.
  • Steel Frame, Aluminum Rails: a steel main frame for structure and aluminum rails to keep the rack light, both laser-cut.
  • Trail-Ready Finish and Hardware: textured black powder coat over E-Coat primer, with stainless steel hardware.

VEHICLE FITMENT:

• POLARIS XPEDITION XP5 : 2024+
