Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $199.

Shipping charges for orders under $199 are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
