Tired of choosing between a rugged, utilitarian UTV and a sleek, modern machine? The Elektric Offroad Designs 2024+ Polaris Xpedition XP Headache Rack follows the factory body lines of the Xpedition, so you get the utility you need without sacrificing style, and it turns the space behind the cab into a Swiss Army Knife for the trail.
Designed for the Modern Overlander
The Polaris Xpedition XP was made to bridge the gap between a UTV and an overland vehicle, and this headache rack completes that bridge. By using the vertical space behind the cab, you free up bed space for coolers, tents, and larger gear.
Whether you're deep-country overlanding, working on the ranch, or hitting the dunes, the rack gives you the mounting solutions you need to carry your gear and reach it quickly. It is laser-cut steel with aluminum panels, finished in textured black powder coat and satin black panels over E-Coat primer.
Designed with CAD precision to match the Xpedition XP's unique geometry, the rack has a bolt-on design that needs no major modifications.
Features:
- Integrated MOLLE Panels: mount recovery gear, tool pouches, first aid kits, and other essentials using standard MOLLE attachments.
- Built-In Winch Mount: an integrated mount for installing a winch for rear-pull applications.
