Check Cam timing to make sure it is correct\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e3. Make sure coolant and oil is at the correct level.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e4. Start the engine and hold above 2000rpm until it reaches 170 degrees F.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e5. Using the throttle drop rpm 50 rpm per 30 seconds until idle seems unstable.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e6. Stay at the unstable rpm until it becomes stable and then repeat step 5.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e7. Once the machine is idling at 1450 stable with no throttle input let sit and idle for 10-15 minutes.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e8.
